CRM 2011: Outlook Client Appointment Sync Unknown Error

Recently I keep getting this error while syncing appointments to outlook client: An unknown error occurred while synchronizing data to Outlook.

After a quick Google, the problem is with the record parties, specifically the Organizer field. The Organizer field should be filled and the CRM user must be in the same domain and exchange server as other users.
